COOKING CLASS IN A TYPICAL OLD TOWN HOUSE
A big table, a cosy kitchen in a typical house in the old town, and more importantly Carlo and his auntie who welcome their guests in a culinary experience to discover how to prepare a typical Apulian menu. The secret recipe to prepare orecchiette, how to open shell fish and to cook the fresh fish from our blue sea water, only a few examples of what you will learn in an amazing  afternoon among friends. At the end of the class, guests will taste and enjoy what they have prepared, with good Apulian wine!

BIKING AROUND

OPTION 1: Rural farms

Biking tour in the nature to discover the small rural churches and ancient farms in the countryside around Polignano. The tour ends with typical products tasting in an old farm.

Biking tour in the nature to discover an archaeological site with hypogeoum in the countryside around Polignano. The tour ends with typical products tasting in a beautiful farm with a stunning view on the sea.

OPTION 3: Coast to Coast
Biking tour to discover the breath taking coast in Polignano. The tour starts down town going towards Portalga to admire the beautiful Scoglio dell'Eremita and ends in San Vito. The experience includes typical products tasting once back in the old town.

SEA BLUE DIVING  
Scuba diving to discover the stunning under water life and sea caves between Polignano and Monopoli.

Experience in a farm starting with the harvest of vegetables and fruits, visit to stables and walk in the nature to admire the typical mediterranean territory and landscape. To follow a cooking laboratory to learn how to transform our products (ex. cherry marmelade, bread, etc). The cooking lab can vary according to the availability of products in the different seasons. Final food tasting.
